About Tom Spalding:
For 15 years, Tom and his team in Louisville, Kentucky were awarded "Agency of the Year" 12 times. During that time, Tom exclusively represented one Insurance Company. Many of those years, Tom and his team were the number one producer in all lines of business. In addition, he has also received numerous awards such as top 1% out of 14,000 agents in the nation. Now, Tom and his team represent over 70 Top Insurance Companies in 48 states, to ensure his clients get the best rates available. Tom started his agency in 1998. In six years, he grew to be the largest agent in his state. In 2004, Tom sold his exclusive agency and became an independent broker. As of 2008, he has already grown his agency two times its original size.
Since 2004, major insurance companies have hired Tom to come speak and train for their agencies. He has also recently released his book "Secrets of Top Insurance Agents."

JoLynne Spalding joined the team of Spalding Insurance Group in October of 2002. She started out as a customer service representative and quickly pursued a career in the sales division. In a few short years was promoted to Sales Director of Spalding Insurance Group. She now oversees all sales mangers, divisions, and product lines in all 14 states. She has recently been promoted to Vice President of Spalding Insurance Group.
